The Best Way to Lose Belly Fat
  Exercise and Strengthen Those Abs!

The best way to lose belly fat is found in three simple habits! You can lose belly fat fast. Start exercising and eating healthy and you will get rid of belly fat. While the old standard sit-up, or crunch, is an effective exercise for working the muscles in the abdomen area - there are other ways to reduce belly fat.

What is the best belly fat exercise? How do you exercise away those love handles? Three steps - Cardio, work those abs and obliques, and eating healthy food! Get rid of tummy fat with frequent cardio exercise. Start running, walking, swimming, riding your bike, and rowing.

The best results come from a variety of exercises. Plenty of exercise - at least twenty minutes a day! Work your abs every other day! Burn off that tummy fat with a consistent and varied regimen of exercise that gets you breathing hard. That heart pumping, fat burning  cardio workout that leaves you feeling great!

And don't forget to feed your muscles - they need protein and complex carbs. Eliminate those empty, useless calories we all know too well! If you feel the need to cheat,  don't worry - everyone does. Treat yourself once a week or every other week. Reward yourself with a nice bowl of Ben and Jerrys or your favorite sweet!  Then get back out there and sweat it off!

If you want to have a flat stomach in 3 weeks, or a month, well - that might be too ambitious a goal. Losing fat takes time, and it’s unhealthy to lose too much weight too fast. Aim for about 2 pounds a week. Slow and gradual weight loss is much healthier, and more likely to be sustained over time. Go for a lifestyle change, something you can live with for the rest of your life, or you might give up too soon.

Think of your goal as a journey rather than a race towards an unreasonable finish line. In fact, once you get rolling you won't want to finish or stop. You will almost certainly come to enjoy your daily exercise so much that giving it up will simply not be an option!

The average American diet includes far too much fat and sugar. You’ll have a very hard time getting a flat stomach on that recipe. Cut out meat, if you can, and even better, cut out dairy and eggs. But if you can’t, at least eat lean meats (low-fat turkey, skinless chicken breast, lean beef, fish), and stay away from fried food and those tempting desserts.

This doesn’t mean you have to deprive or starve yourself — if you’re eating healthy, you can actually eat a lot - of the good stuff! Try to only eat the really fattening ( donuts and ice cream ) foods in moderation. Keep eating healthy foods -  enjoy a balanced diet, rich in vegetable protein, calcium and minerals, full of fresh fruits and veggies, and high in fiber.

Doing all the abs exercises in the world will do nothing if you have a layer of fat covering your abs. Doing strength training, or lifting weights helps immensely - if you toss in plenty of aerobic exercise. Start each workout with a few minutes of warm up, followed by some easy stretching.

Plan to start or continue jogging, swimming, and biking. Losing that stomach fat   requires plenty of healthy cardio. Ab work alone just won't get it done! If you've been inactive for a while or are seriously over your ideal weight - start slow.

Include a variety of activities if you can. A variety will help you in two ways - you'll get a better balance workout and keep boredom to a minimum. Eventually you won't even think of missing a day!

Strive for at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. As you get more comfortable - increase your pace and your time to 45 minutes or an hour. Start out slow on the bike and swimming, until you build up your endurance. Interval training is also great for burning stomach fat - you might want to include interval training once your endurance is better. Try some simple body slimming tips.

If you want to add some ab exercises in after the cardio, that’s great, but be sure to work your whole torso, not just the upper abs. Be sure to include your lower abs, lower back and the muscles that wrap around your sides.

Many fitness lovers are convinced that rowing burns more calories in less time! Rowing also offers you the most efficient way to reduce belly fat. You can work those ab muscles and burn more calories at the same time. And, without even leaving home! No expensive gym memberships! Buy the SmoothFlow R80 Rower and you can start seeing results in a matter of weeks.
