Ingredients:
1 12" Boboli Whole Wheat crust
1/2 red onion sliced in thin pieces
1/2 Green pepper sliced thinly
1/2 Yellow pepper sliced thin
3 large cloves of garlic - thinly sliced
1/2 cup of Ragu - or your favorite spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or fiesta cheese
1/2 pound of italian sausage (ground)
Get out your best stainless steel
cookware and sauté thinly sliced red onion and
thinly sliced garlic over medium
heat until
tender. Over low heat, cook the italian sausage until browned. Brush a
light layer of Olive oil over your whole wheat crust, and then
spread the spaghetti sauce over the crust evenly.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Add the shredded cheeses, the
italian sausage and sauteed onions and garlic. Top off with the chopped
