   Pack some apple slices and avacado for an afternoon snack. Maybe some strawberries or grapes. Those precut, baby carrots are an excellent snack anytime. Have some green tea when you can - green tea is packed with healthy antioxidants.  Try a handfull of walnuts to boost your intake of healthy omega-3 fats.
